The European Chamber is pleased to invite Mr. Frank Xu, Partner at Deloitte, to give a presentation and discuss the latest transfer pricing documentation rules in China. The seminar will outline the Chinese Transfer Pricing Rules, their enforcement and recent developments. In addition to updating members on the current development of transfer pricing rules, Mr. Xu will also discuss the key issues and challenges that will accompany the implementation of the upcoming transfer pricing documentation rules, APA rules (Advance Pricing Agreements) and also their implications on companies doing business in or with China.
