Graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Management School in 1986, Mr. Yin worked for a leading state owned shipping group and a leading foreign logistic company in Beijing. Back in Shanghai in nineties, he worked first as the project manager for Maersk Logistics’ re-engineering program, and then as Commercial Director for its Logistics department, providing total logistics solutions for many big multinational companies. He then served as General Manager for a joint venture company between Danish A.P. Moller Maersk Group & Ministry of Railway of China. Under his leadership, this company (with more than 12 branches) reached historical high on volume & profitability. As from year 2000, he became a trainer & coach, delivering executive coaching, group coaching, leadership & coaching training courses to companies like Maersk Logistics, DHL, Philips, Yahoo!. Ian is known for his innovative approaches towards leadership and corporate transformation that helps his clients develop outstanding and sustainable success cultures.
