Dear Member,
The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the upcoming Finance and Taxation Seminar - Managing Potential Transfer Pricing risks in China on Thursday, 18th September 2014, 14.00-17.00 at the Intercontinental Hotel, 7th Floor No.2 Meeting Room, 1 Zhongyang Road.
Content:
Transfer pricing is consistently ranked amongst the most important cross-border tax issues for business and finance managers. Over the past 12-18 months, we have witnessed many significant transfer pricing developments internationally and in China. The OECD’s BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) action plans will have a far-reaching effect on how multinational enterprises manage their transfer pricing affairs on a global scale. China’s views on some of the key transfer pricing themes, such as location specific advantages, and its recent focus on intra-group and management services will undoubtedly increase the difficulties for multinational enterprises to manage their transfer pricing affairs in China. This is particularly the case in Jiangsu, a province that is known to be at the fore-front of transfer pricing administration in China. In this seminar, Mimi Wang, a senior manager of KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services based will share latest developments and how to proactively manage potential transfer pricing risks amid these developments.
