The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to a joint Legal & Competition, IPR and SME Working Group meeting. It will be held on Wednesday, 23rd July, 4pm-6pm, at the European Chamber Shanghai and European Chamber Beijing via videoconference.
The Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center (the “SHIAC”) has recently implemented the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Arbitration Rules.
At this meeting, we will have the pleasure to welcome Mr. Wen Wanli, Secretary-General of SHIAC, to present these new Arbitration Rules, how they will be implemented and the impact for foreign companies in Shanghai.
