INSEAD Professor Amitava Chattopadhyay is also the GlaxoSmithKline Chaired Professor of Corporate Innovation. He is an expert on branding and innovation, and has published extensively in journals such as the Journal of Marketing; Journal of Marketing Research; Journal of Consumer Research; Journal of Consumer Psychology, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Marketing Science, and Management Science. For his research, he has received several awards, including the Robert Ferber Award, and has been appointed as a Fellow of the Institute on Asian Consumer Insight and the Ernst & Young Institute for Emerging Market Studies. Amitava is an associate editor for the Journal of Consumer Psychology and an area editor for the International Journal of Research in Marketing. He has served as a member of the board of the Association for Consumer Research.
