2. Ms. Tracy Liu, General Manager of Techsyn Management Consulting Company, analyzed the importance of training plan and courses, and how to choose the most appropriate training company and courses;
3. Management Manager of Sichuan Messer Gas Products Co.,Ltd. brought his puzzles about staff training and effectiveness of training courses, arousing other HR professionals’ sympathy who proposed all kinds of solutions and suggestions which are very helpful and referable. Among his puzzles the following questions are comparatively common:
1) Which is more suitable, internal or external training?
2) How to arrange training time?
3) How to measure the effectiveness of training?
4. Some companies pointed out those training courses of some certificates issued by government are neither practical nor updated. They hope that these courses can really help their staff improve working skills in routine jobs, and suggest government cooperate with enterprises on this.
Conclusion: To solve these problems, the whole company must pay enough emphasis on the improvement of staff quality, in which training plays a very active and important role. There must be a sound system and environment to stipulate and stimulate all the staff to better themselves, from the top management to the lower levels. HR people must seek for and obtain support from the top and department managers so as to implement their jobs smoothly.
