The Conference Fee for In-House HR Experts of European Chamber member companies is 650 RMB
In-house HRs are corporate HR manager, director or president of European Chamber members companies who provide internal HR management, HR operation and HR strategy to their companies, in which cases, consultant and service agencies are excluded from this definition.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Beijing Chapter is delighted to be holding its 3rd annual Human Capital Conference on 27th November 2014, Thursday, in Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. The conference entitled “Leading People to Embrace Change” will provide dialogue and recommendations from top business leaders, policy makers and human capital experts to exchange views in the realm of changing human resources environment of China and beyond.
In an inter-connected and globalized world, human resources experts are start taking on a more strategic role and their capacity to embrace market changes has become the critical factor to navigate foreign companies’ long term sustainability in the emerging market. A company’s capacity to success depends on the right organizational structure and processes, the right innovators to be true leaders, the right application of technological tools, coping with emerging pollution, health and safety issues, and perhaps most importantly the right executives to develop rapid and keen adaptation for China’s transformation changes.
