Coaching and Feedback Skills
If you have ever wondered how you could create an engaging work environment for your team and also drive performance by developing a sense of personal accountability, this workshop is for you!
WHY Coaching and Feedback skills
The ability to coach and share feedback effectively is of increasing importance in today’s global work environment and an essential management skill.
As Ken Blanchard once said: “Feedback is the breakfast of champions”, however most professionals see feedback sharing as a difficult part of their work because it is very often an opportunity for others to pass judgment on them rather than help them develop capability. The purpose of sharing feedback should always to be to help the receiver understand the impact of certain behaviors on their own objectives.
Coaching is a great tool for development as it can help drive engagement in employees but is also a great tool to manage performance while creating an environment of personal accountability.
HOW do we approach Coaching and Feedback Skills
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Define what coaching is and discover the competencies necessary to be a good coach
- Explain and use the GROW model for effective coaching conversation
- Use effective questioning and listening techniques
- Share feedback effectively using the EIC (© Vantage Partners) model
- Deal with difficult behaviors in coaching situations
This workshop is highly interactive with a lot of personal and group reflection exercises, as well as practical application exercises that complement the theoretical knowledge that the participants will receive. The practice of these new skills take place in a safe learning environment.

— 明白辅导的定义,及作为一名优秀的辅导员需要具备的素质能力;
— 能解释和应用增长模型进行有效的辅导谈话;
— 学会应用有效的提问和倾听技巧;
— 学会运用EIC(©有力的合作伙伴)进行有效的反馈分享;
