The European Chamber in Nanjing is pleased to invite you to a seminar on Individual Income Tax Self Reporting Requirements. The State Administration of Taxation of the PRC announced that as of January 1, 2007, anyone living in mainland China for more than 183 days per year and whose annual income exceeds RMB120,000 will be required to file a personal income tax report with the tax authorities.
The seminar will be held on March 13th, Tuesday, from 18:30 in Sofitel Galaxy. Mr. Ralph Dreher from PricewaterhouseCoopers will give an executive summary of the regulations and will be happy to answer your questions on:
who exactly the regulations apply to what income items should be reported what the deadlines are what the consequences if one fails to file in a report are etc.
