Dear Members,
The European Chamber is delighted to welcome you to the next Aviation Working Group meeting which will take place on the 13th April at the European Chamber's office
Agenda
China's slot allocation management system
Recently, representatives of the Aviation WG in Beijing met with a representative of CAAC's central ATM Bureau to discuss the method by which the CAAC/ATM Bureau allocates slots for civil flights. The meeting provided the opportunity to enhance our understanding of China's current and future plans regarding its civil flights slots management system. Furthermore, Mr. Sun, from the ATM Bureau, has asked members of the Aviation Working Group to provide comments/feedback on China's current slots allocation management system. To this end, please find attached an English and Chinese version of the document titled Flights slot Management method Trianbsp;. This is a great opportunity for you to voice your concerns and provide constructive input.
Please send your comments to dusher@euccc.com.cn and the replies will then be consolidated with the European Chamber colleagues in Beijing.
Position Paper 2007/2008 On another note, the key recommendations for the
2007 Position Paper have to be finalized by May 11th 2007. A pdf version of the 2006 Aviation Position Paper has been attached for your reference. Please send Ms Usher dusher@euccc.com.cn an email with any lobbying issues or concerns you may have from industry and we will discuss them during the next Aviation WG meeting.
It would be greatly appreciated if all members of the Aviation Working Group could attend this meeting as the key recommendations for the Position Paper should be agreed on by all.
Please confirm your participation at the next Aviation WG meeting by sending an email to Mr. David Bourson at dbourson@euccc.com.cn by Tuesday 10th April.
