Dear Working Group Members,
You are cordially invited to join the next joint Aerospace and Aviation working group meeting from 10:00-12:00, Friday, March 20th at the conference room of EUCCC Beijing Office.
At this meeting, the chairmen of both Aerospace and Aviation Working Group will further explore the proposed merger of the two groups, outline the working priorities for the new “Aviation and Aerospace Working Group” and define the role of EUCCC and European companies in any potential future EU-China aviation program.
Following the discussion, a Position Paper planning session regarding this year’s lobbying strategies will be hosted to collect the perspectives from working group members. In addition, we will discuss the possibilities and strategies on how to better engage media on certain aerospace/aviation-related matters.
In the end, we will have the chairs election for the newly merged group.

About Chairs Election for the Aviation and Aerospace Working Group
We are now calling for Candidates for Chairmanship /Vice Chairmanship for the new Aviation and Aerospace Working Group
To apply, each prospective candidate should submit a short bio and a motivation letter prior to the election to the Ink Zheng by 17 March at izheng@europeanchamber.com.cn. In the email, please clearly state whether you intend to run for the position of Chair or Vice Chair. Candidates running for the role of Chair, if not successfully elected, can opt to be included as a candidate for Vice Chair.
