The new PRC Corporate Income Tax Law will be covered by Antoine Loubier from ADAMAS Law Firm. This law will be effective from the 1st of January, 2008. In practice, what will it change for your company?
Changes to the fiscal exemption system will lead to a unification of the corporate tax rate for Chinese companies and FIEs, creating a level playing field. Mr. Loubier will give an overview of the law and concentrate particularly on the topics below:
