This seminar offers interpretation of the integrated Lean transformation process, approach and related basic tools. In addition, it provides references about typical Lean transformation regarding plant quality and delivery performance. Lynn Cai: Lean Consultant at Staufen, Six sigma Black Belt (Cert. 12099) by American Society of Quality, Master of Business Administration in Tsinghua University
Before joining Staufen, During his work experience for fortune 500 enterprises, Mr. Cai has gained broad knowledge of Six-Sigma projects & trainings and Lean Production /Operation System, not only in the Manufacturing industry, but also in Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Logistics etc.
During college, Mr. Cai worked for Bosch Production System Engineer in Changsha, where he was responsible for RBCC Total Lean Layout ( big “U” ). After graduation in 2006, Mr. Cai joined Delphi Guangzhou to work on the set up of a Lean Operation System for a new plant in Wuhan. The plant obtained the 2008/2009 Global Lean Operation Bronze Awards.
In 2010, he started working at Avery Dennison Panyu plant as a Senior Enterprise Lean Six-Sigma Leader. He was also in charge of sales improvement for South China area cross site (Panyu, Nansha, Shenzhen).
