We would love to hear your feedback, and it just takes a minute.
One of Beijing’s key reforms in M&A in 2014 was to relax regulatory oversight of cross-border M&A activity, designed to encourage overseas investment by strategic and financial investors alike. M&A activity continues to grow and companies need to be prepared to take advantage of the opportunities on offer.
This year’s M&A Conference will give attendees a complete guide to the different steps involved when carrying out M&A in China. From pre-deal due diligence checks and the latest legal updates, to financing the deal and post-merger integration, our panel of experts will give insights on how it really works in China sharing their wealth of experience.
We thank our exclusive sponsor, FTI Consulting, for supporting this event!
