Mr. Fan has over 18 years of consulting experience in Industry 4.0 solution planning and design, Corp. Strategy, Supply Chain Transformations/Modeling, Integrated Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing/Procurement, Manufacturing Footprint/Logistics Network design and IT Strategy/Planning.
He advices clients on End-to-End integrated business solution. He has deep knowledge in industries such as Energy including renewable energy,Metals/Mining, Chemicals, Electronic/High-Tech, and Consumer Products.
As a project director and Supply Chain Solution expert, he has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills by coordinating teams from multi-business unitsand team members from various cultural/ethical backgrounds in both MNC and SOE environments

Mr. Alessandro Bruno
Mr. Bruno was appointed Robotics Operations manager of Comau APAC, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group, in January 2015. He is also covering the role of WCM WO Global Pillar Leader.
He obtained a master’s degree certification at Politecnico of Turin, having developed a thesis in collaboration with Teksid, FCA Group, on Foundry and Machining technology processes.
Mr. Bruno began his career as Project manager in the powertrain field managing assembly and machining projects as supplier for FPT – Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Teksid, FCA Group. After three years, he moved to the South of Italy as he was appointed Plant Manager of an Italian automation company operating in the Automotive field.
In 2011 he went back to Turin, his hometown, joining Comau EMEA as World Class Manufacturing Coordinator with the mission of spreading the lean production knowledge and launching the WCM program into the European Comau plants. During this experience Mr. Bruno consolidated his competencies about lean production attending advanced training courses at the WCM Academy and Development Center of Turin. In collaboration with central experts, he defined the guidelines for the implementation within Comau.

Mr. Stephane Grand
Mr. Grand has over 20 years strategic, financial and tax advisory experience on foreign investment in the PRC. He is specialized in mitigating risk, restructuring and making foreign businesses profitable.
He was a founding partner of US barcode technology firm Scanbuy and a senior consultant with Coltrin and Associates in New York. After heading RSM International’s China tax and audit practice for two years, he founded S.J. Grand Financial and Tax Advisory in 2003. The firm is focused on providing its clients with transparency and control on their operations as well as helping them navigate crises via restructuring or improve profitability through optimization of financial and business processes. S.J. Grand also has great experience in preventing, detecting, and evaluation corporate fraud, as well as managing crises for its clients.
Mr. Grand is a graduate of HEC Paris (MBA), La Sorbonne (Ph.D. in Chinese contract law) and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and is an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Illinois, at University of Leuven and at ESSEC Business School. Stephane Grand is a sought-after speaker and a highly qualified commentator in the Chinese media on legal and tax systems in China.

Mr. Stefano Chao
Mr. Chao is an Investment Manager at AZ Investment Management in Shanghai. AZ is the Chinese subsidiary of the Azimut Group, Italy's largest independent asset manager managing over US$40 billion of assets, including some of the world's largest RMB funds.
Prior to joining AZ Investment, Stefano was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers in New York in the Fixed Income Group.
Stefano holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School.

Mr. Vivian Desmonts
Vivian Desmonts manages the Guangzhou office of DS Law Firm, which is a European law firm with 20 offices in the world. After 4 years at DS Law Firm’s Paris office and 2 at the Shanghai office, Mr. Desmonts has set up in 2004 the Firm’s Guangzhou office. With over 10 years of experience in Chinese law and practice, he advises European groups and SMEs mainly in corporate law, M&A, business law and on legal issues related to Environment, Health and Safety. Vivian Desmonts is a Board Member of the European Chamber of Commerce in South China, legal counsel of the French Consulate in Guangzhou and arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

Dr. Iris Duchetsmann
Iris is a German lawyer working in China and partner of the international law firm Clyde & Co. She specialises in labour law, particularly aspects that involve cross-border employment and international HR management. She also provides advice on matters such as residency, tax and social security. Iris has extensive work experience in China, Asia and Germany. Before joining private practice she worked as an in-house lawyer in the HR department of a multinational, gaining insights into corporate processes. Her clients include international corporations, other enterprises and executives from various industry sectors, including automotive, energy, transportation, chemical, media, textile, consulting, etc. Iris is a native German speaker, fluent in English and has a good command of Mandarin Chinese. She is a frequent speaker and author on international and national labour law and HR topics. Iris has been elected as Vice Chair of the EUCCC HR Forum since 2010 and has been sitting as member of the EUCCC Shanghai Board since 2012.

Ms. Maggie Li
Ms. Li has been with Mercer for nearly 12 years. As a Business Leader, she heads Mercer Talent Information Solutions business China Team in strategic planning, developing new markets and products to enable Mercer's continued leadership as the number one provider of human capital information and solutions in China. She has led and participated in many HR consulting projects to a number of renowned multinational companies with strength in job analysis and evaluation, grading structure design, salary structure design, benefits review, total rewards and retention program.
Prior to joining Mercer, she has worked as business HR for a well-known MNC, and consultant for another famous HR consulting company. She has accumulated extensive HR expertise both in corporate and consulting firm.
Maggie received Global EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), and a BA in English Literature and Language from Shanghai International Studies University. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
