The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the HR WG meeting. It will be held from 3pm to 5pm, on Wednesday, 29th July 2015, in the Conference Room of Nanjing Chapter’s office, with registrations starting at 2:30pm.
This WG meeting will give participants an interpretation on HR related concepts, such as social average salary, the urban per capita disposable income, on-the-job worker year of average wage, and the differences among them. Most importantly, huge amounts of historical data will be released to HR managers. The latest HR polices update related to the minimum wage and the housing fund will be well integrated with the topic of social average salary by the speaker.
Comparing with income, organizational culture would be a way to contribute to the HR performance. Employee Assistant Program (EAP) is a hot topic in this field recently. Does it really work? How it works? Our speaker will share experiences in the program with participants in the second half of the meeting.
Our Speakers
Shi Min, the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) BU Director of FESCO Jiangsu, has more than 15 years’ work experience in large-sized enterprises. Her team focuses on providing strategic consultation service on organizational reform and talent management. Shi Min is an expert on combining organization and human resources solutions with corporate strategy and operations closely on HR.
Jie Zhang, senior manager of corporate culture department in LG Display, with over 10 years experiences in corporate culture cultivating, employees’ training and production planning. She’s good at the corporate culture climate diagnosing and program designing on behalf of the diagnosis.
