Speakers:
Mr. Eckhard Michel, Managing Director of EunaCon HR Solutions & Services, has been living in China since 2004. From the perspective of general management and HR directors’ positions he gained valuable experience in setting up businesses and managing Western companies in several locations in East and South China. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked as a consultant focusing on HR and organizational development topics in Shenyang and Inner Mongolia for Western and Chinese MNCs and SMEs. For the last two years Mr. Michel is leading executive search projects for mostly western companies in China and is focused on helping clients to find a good “person-job-fit”. In addition, he teaches cross-cultural and HR management topics at universities in China, Estonia, Germany and the US.
Mr. Sebastian Wegener, Executive Director Operations of EunaCon HR Solutions & Services, has been living in China since 2008. He started his career as a regional manager at the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and joined EunaCon HR Solutions & Services as Project Coordinator in 2011 to support the implementation of various talent search requests. In 2013, Mr. Wegener was appointed Executive Director of Operations at EunaCon HR Solutions & Services and is responsible for advising clients with a focus on executive search projects. He holds an MBA from Tongji University Shanghai & ENPC Paris.
