Dr. Kuang-Hua Lin is the founder and president of Asia-Pacific Management Consulting GmbH (APMC), a renowned consultancy specialized in cross-border projects between Europe and Asia. Since 1997, APMC has helped more than 500 German and European companies – from SMEs to public listed companies – to expand into Asian markets. Dr. Lin is a well known expert for Asia / China and highly in demand by the industry: as project manager, moderator and chief negotiator for M&A and JV with Asians; as intercultural HR Consultant in search and selecting the managers for Asia; and as Board Member to monitor their investment in Asia. Dr. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Freiburg (Germany), where he also completed his PhD in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.). Since 2012, Dr. Lin has been Vice-President of Human Resources for Datwyler Sealing Solutions, a publicly traded company in Switzerland.
