The recent Tianjin blast has drawn great attention of both the government and the society on hazardous chemicals (HCs) management. Since the tragic incident, government inspections on the production, transport, storage and disposal of HCs have been carried out nationwide. Being aware of the national standards and the industrial best practices in HCs management would be extremely important in such context.

The European Chamber is delighted to invite Ms. Sunny Ji, an industrial experts from SGS, to share her industrial insights from technical and practical perspectives. Ms. Sunny Ji will be going through the changes in national standards regulations. She will also be introducing the permit application process and focusing on standard conformity in HCs storage, transport and disposal.
