In 2016, Chinese investments into the EU leaped 77% y-o-y to more than 35 billion EUR. As China continues to grow, develop, and integrate into the global economy, its overseas investments expand in quantity and quality, reflecting growing sophistication of the Chinese economy and broader Chinese commercial and policy goals. Brand new realities for the EU-China trade relations are therefore being shaped up.

How is this new scenario is going to impact our economies? What are the motives and tools used for Chinese investments in Europe? These and other questions will be discussed at the next WG meeting on 22 March, h 9:30 with Mr Bo Cheng, Partner at Zhong Lun. Bo will provide a seminar about “Chinese outbound direct investment (ODI) from a regulatory point of view”.

It is no doubt that team leaders are most concerned about how to quickly build morale and capability of team in the early stage and remain them in the team. Meanwhile, team leaders feel headache because they need much more time to handle the issues about inner conflicts and frictions due to different personality, style and responsibility allocation.
So how will team leaders overcome the dysfunctions of team collaboration and build up the mechanism and culture to achieve the goals of team?
