Over the past decades, a trend has arisen among Chinese youth to go abroad for university studies in an attempt at enhancing their chances of landing a great job upon returning to China.

The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to join us and explore what skills Chinese overseas graduates hold and lack, what are the top reasons for them to return to China, what are the top factors in their relocation decisions within the country, what they expect from prospective employers and what employers currently offer them, what are the most sough skills on the China job market and if Chinese young graduates do indeed have a competitive edge over domestic graduates.

As trade talks between the U.S. and China continue, "China Manufacturing 2025 (CM2025)" is at the center of discussion. The CM2025 program officially focuses on ten high tech industries including robotics, semiconductors and New Energy Vehicles.
