With the rapid advancement of technology, many companies have embarked on digital transformation of their business processes to improve efficiency and customer engagement. Nevertheless, some management teams are finding the journey challenging and not seeing the business improvements that they expected from the transformation efforts. Often times, this is not due to the lack of technologies, but rather the lack of leadership capabilities to create a digital culture and to drive digital transformation.

As an Organisational Psychologist specializing in transformation businesses, Mr. Kin U has recently conducted an extensive research to understand the digital transformation landscape, and to pinpoint the critical leadership capabilities for leading digital transformation in organisations.
