Kaizen, first practiced in Japanese businesses, is a concept referring to business activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. Currently, aiming to eliminate waste (lean manufacturing), we can see Kaizen has been put into use mainly in the supply chain, such as purchasing and logistics.
