近日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《关于完善能源绿色低碳转型体制机制和政策措施的意见》（以下简称《意见》）。《意见》从完善国家能源战略和规划实施的协同推进机制、完善引导绿色能源消费的制度和政策体系、建立绿色低碳为导向的能源开发利用新机制等方面提出了多项举措。企业需要做出低碳转型，在此背景下，中国欧盟商会与莱茵共同推出《迎接绿色红利，企业低碳转型》系列课程 。
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued "Opinions on Improving Institutional Mechanisms and Policy Measures for Green and Low-Carbon Energy Transition" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions").
