CRO Summit

CRO Global Summit is jointly initiated by China’s professional consulting organizations that are committed to business sustainability, high-end universities and leading sustainable enterprises. Based on the professional and networking accumulation of the CRO Forum, together with the pioneering enterprises that practice CSR and excellent sustainable brands at home and abroad, This summit will stand on global business growth, focus on responsible business development and sustainable practice, and explore new trends in business development in the future.

The 2019 CRO Global Summit will invite top international and domestic companies, international organizations and network representatives to explore the future business patterns and trends driven by sustainability. The summit will focus on four major topics – sustainable consumption, science and technology for good, targeted poverty alleviation, and healthy China. It will set up a communication platform for enterprises and young entrepreneurs on the theme of “social innovation”, providing opportunities for exchanges and collaboration among participants, and thus promoting the global sustainable development goals in Chinese market, helping to realize a win-win development of business and social environment.

The outbound expansion of Chinese companies has entered a new phase, with the next few years expected to mark a significant acceleration and widening of the international drive of Chinese corporations,By the end of 2013, the total of China’s non-financial direct investment abroad had reached US$ 525 billion and the overall total of Chinese investment stood at US$ 750 billion. Chinese investors are now present in 153 countries around the world. What started as a drive to secure energy and commodities resources has now expanded to almost every sector of activity. 2014 will be the first year when Chinese investment outflows will surpass FDI inflows.
