The expectations on management regarding the realisation of special assignments on schedule and cost efficiency have risen enormously. This course is aimed at improving particpants understanding of the process of defining a project, its scope and life cycle. Task scheduling and identification of resource requirements are covered along with risk management and methods for project control. Softer elements of project management are also considered, such as stakeholder management and teamwork.
In this workshop you deepen your knowledge of project management and develop ideas and appropriate mechanisms for your own work.
