In workplaces where Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials are required to work cooperatively it is not uncommon to see a 'clash of cultures', as there are clear differences between how the generations approach work, communicate, and perceive their roles. This is where companies need to lead by example and understand how to satisfy the needs and expectations of each generation. The European Chamber is hosting this event to address leading generations in the workplace, spanning all generations to discuss the perceived gaps in work styles and values and potential strategies to overcome them.
