压制创新的，因此和流程管理形影不离的必须是企业文化，前者是硬性的管理方式、后者是软性的管理方
式，均不可偏废。中国企业前者相对较弱，因此加强流程的学习是很有必要的。
课程讲师曾长期在某跨国企业负责公司流程管理，相关工作经验和知识积累丰富。
