The Action Programme for Peak Carbon by 2030 proposes to build a new type of power system with a gradually increasing proportion of new energy sources and to promote the optimal allocation of clean power resources on a large scale. Therefore, the European Chamber Shenyang Chapter and SIPC jointly organised a seminar to invite representatives of members to discuss the situation of the electricity market in Liaoning Province, the development of market transactions in 2023, that of green power business such as green certificates and virtual power plants, as well as the problems that users faced.
