Human Resources Working Group 2024 Kick-off Meeting and Chair Elections

On Friday, 22nd March, the European Chamber Human Resources Working Group will hold its 2024-2025 working group kick-off meeting and chair/vice-chair elections. The meeting will also include the discussions on the 2024-2025 working group Position Paper and the annual Work Plan.

The European Chamber has received some feedback from members that they have encountered difficulty in arranging social insurance for employees in different locations where the company hasn’t set up the legal entity and the HR agencies would no longer provide the service of paying social insurance contribution for employees according to the local inspection of the Social Security and Human Resources Bureau.

On 29th January 2023, Pudong New Area officially issued the "1+1+N" talent policy system to attract and retain talents with new measures, so as to build a leading area for international talent development. The new talent policy includes 24 special tasks and 11 special supporting policies, including the "Pearl Plan", skilled talents, talents in education, health, legal services, finance, shipping, key industries (fields) of "high quality, excellent and lacking" overseas talents identification standards, talent resettlement.

2023年1月29日,浦东新区正式发布 “1+1+N” 人才政策体系,用新举措吸引人才、留住人才,以打造国际人才发展引领区。该人才新政包括24个专项任务和11个专项配套政策,包括 “明珠计划” 、技能人才、教育、卫生、法律服务、金融、航运人才,重点产业(领域) “高精尖缺”海外人才认定标准、人才安居等。
