The European Chamber has received some feedback from members that they have encountered difficulty in arranging social insurance for employees in different locations where the company hasn’t set up the legal entity and the HR agencies would no longer provide the service of paying social insurance contribution for employees according to the local inspection of the Social Security and Human Resources Bureau.

On 29th January 2023, Pudong New Area officially issued the "1+1+N" talent policy system to attract and retain talents with new measures, so as to build a leading area for international talent development.
