Attendees will learn how to develop employees to their highest potential and how to influence new and lasting productive behaviors. As a result, employees will be able to contribute more to your management goals and the success of your company.
Objectives and content
Firms aim to encourage and inspire their employees to contribute added value and increase their performance. But how is this best achieved? Experience shows that money or materialistic incentives do not guarantee employees will stay loyal to a company. What can we learn from a psychological study of humanity? What are the steps to achieve the best results and how can we directly improve workers performance?
Retaining current staff is challenging, especially in an environment where young employees change companies often. This changeability of staff leaves employers wondering what can be done to maintain their current workforce, and how to make that workforce more engaged in the company. Bethany Jeanfreau, Management Consultant of Campanile Management Consulting, will discuss the reasons most employees leave and measures that employers can take to retain the staff currently employed. She will also discuss methods to help employees become more engaged in their daily work.
