The European Chamber of Commerce in China, in cooperation with the German Chamber of Commerce, cordially invites you to attend the upcoming interchamber breakfast seminar of "Cultural Competence and its Implications for Cross-Cultural Business" on April 19th. at the Westin Tianjin.
The concept of Cultural Competence is not new and nor are the ideas surrounding it. The idea that people with different cultural inclinations/backgrounds bring new challenges to society and the workplace has always been around. What has changed, however, is the level and intensity of cultural diversity and exposure. Like it or not, the modern world is being swallowed by globalization.
This breakfast seminar is designed to explore & improve our understanding of culture and cultural competence and how we can use it to develop ourselves and our business behaviors to improve both internal processes and in terms of meeting the needs of our customers & clients.
