The value of China’s 14,220 existing PPP projects totaled 17.8 trillion yuan ($2.69 trillion) by end-September, according to a national database managed by the finance ministry.
In China, during recent years, a vital discussion on PPPs as a suitable way to innovate the current governance framework has come to the stage. The essential questions discussed here concern with not only why the PPPs scheme has been introduced to China but also how to apply it to China.
The European Chamber is delighted to welcome Mr. John Adams to discuss the opportunities, challenges and trends of PPPs in China.
