Stéfanie Vallée is a seasoned Executive Coach awarded in 2017 as Best 100 Global Coaching Leaders and Super Women Achiever.
She is a public figure in Shanghai, based on her unique combined profile of former athlete and artist, which differentiates her from the fellow corporate coaches. Her past performances both in sport as a National Team athlete in white water kayaking (10 times Canadian Champion, 3 World Class top 5 against all odds in between 2003-2012), and International Artist (she sold an artwork to Ma Huateng in 2013 for RMB1,9 M and 5 stars hotels) all demonstrates her high capability to merge diverse talents while keeping at balance. She inspires people developing a mindset she calls: “The Excellence of Being” and “Business Athlete” through three pillars: How people lead, speak and eat. Based on her achievements, she believes everyone has unique skills set to develop and share amongst global organizations. This makes her passionate about accompanying Top Leaders and F100 companies growing to their full leadership potential, using a sound proof coaching methodology she created over 10 years of practice called “Business Athletes.” It aims at developing leaders to their full potential like top athletes, eating functional food, speaking to connect inspire and motivate, and leading with purpose.

Jordan is the Founder & CEO of SPIRIT – the multi-award winning Employee Wellness & Engagement provider, which addresses the huge need for invigorating workforces, reducing attrition rates and increasing productivity. There is a huge movement amongst companies to address wellness needs, and SPIRIT is leading the way through innovative and consistent activity programmes, as well providing as unique Team Building programmes. SPIRIT works with HRs to enhance HR incentive and reward programmes by tying in wellness and engagement to employee milestones, and gives valuable insights back to HRs based on employee progress.
Jordan is very active in the China business community, heading up various committees to provide insights into doing business in China and how to deepen company culture. With vast experience in Marketing and business strategy across a few key industries, Jordan possesses a strong understanding of the Chinese and APAC market, her growth and her increased emphasis on employee culture, wellness and productivity.
Having been based in Shanghai, China, for over 11 years, Jordan has acted as a consultant to many international & local clients in the region, from KPMG & Adidas, to Hays & GNC. Jordan loves to be active in the community, to support mothers – and is a very big sports fan!
Professionally fluent in Mandarin, Russian and Spanish, Jordan has had to adapt to frequently changing Chinese culture and business dynamics. Jordan is an awarded public speaker, and regularly gives seminars to companies small and alike – from Fortune 500 to Startups. Jordan is also a regular guest speaker at Fudan EMBA programmes, as well as Chambers of Commerce throughout China.

Dr. HU has several areas of specialty including cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, individual psychotherapy with adults and children, trauma processing, psycho-educational and psychological assessment.
Education:
Dr. HU earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and both his Master’s degree and Doctoral (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. He completed training rotations at the Autism Intervention Clinic at Children’s Hospital Oakland, the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and the Portia Bell Hume Center in California in addition to the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital in Xi’An, CHINA.
Background:
Dr. George Hu, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist from the United States and is the director of Psychology and Mental Health at Jiahui Health. He is licensed as a clinical psychologist in California, Hawaii, Beijing, and Shanghai. Previously, Dr. Hu was the Director of Mental Health at Jiahui Health in Shanghai, the Clinical Director at Octave Living, and clinical psychologist and Assistant Director of the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Beijing United Family Hospital.

Cyrille is a certified GTD® Master Trainer, Managing Director of ThrivinAsia Ltd, and the Licensee of the David Allen Company.
After careers in Utilities and Financial Services in Europe and Asia, Cyrille has been training, coaching and consulting in Change Management, Personal and Team Productivity and Performance across Europe and Asia for the last eight years. Cyrille is also a certified UseClark® Master Trainer, certified Best Year Yet® Coach, and a certified Holacracy® Facilitator & Guide.
Ms. Yoky Yu
Ms. Yoky Yu
Yoky Yu (俞诗瑶) is a passionate life artist. She devotes her creative energy in impressionist painting, blog writing, workshop facilitation, life coaching, and traveling.
After returning from the United States in 2015. Yoky created 2BHappy where she produces immersive learning experiences, workshops, retreats as well as original soul-enriching articles.
Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Yoky had a professional background in business development and sales. She was the only Chinese employee at TML, A Xerox Company in Washington DC, USA. She also served for Gallup, a top consulting firm, where she sucessfully led a new product line for the Greater China area, generating millions in revenue.
Trained by Gallup and International Coach Academy, Yoky provides one on one life coaching sessions and corporate training workshops. Her favorite clients include Chanel, Nike, and L’Oréal.
Yoky is also a self-taught artist. You can find her art work at local festivals, cafes, charities and the upcoming Lisbon Modern Art Exhibtion in Portugal, Europe. She was one of the finalists at the recent Art Battle event in Shanghai.
As a voracious learner, Yoky often brings elements of improv, acting, somatic movement, and self-expression into her work of inspiring others to live a creative and fulfilling life.
