欧盟委员会智库——欧洲政治战略中心一项近期研究显示,人工智能及其应用将大幅提高效率和生产率,显著降低制造业成本。2018年4月25日,欧盟委员会发布了名为《欧盟人工智能》的政策文件,提出了一系列旨在增强欧盟在该领域竞争力的举措。
与此同时,中国政府也出台了诸多人工智能相关的战略政策,旨在将中国转变为全球人工智能的领军者。习近平在中共中央政治局2018年10月31日就人工智能发展现状和趋势的学习时再次强调,人工智能是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量,并呼吁推动新一代人工智能健康发展。
值此之际,中国欧盟商会非常荣幸邀请人工智能领域的学者和企业代表,共同探讨人工智能如何助力传统企业数字化转型升级。

According to the European Commission’s think tank, the European Political Strategy Centre, AI technologies and applications have the potential to contribute to significant cost reductions in the manufacturing sector, thanks to increases in efficiency and productivity. On 25 April 2018, the European Commission unveiled its Communication on Artificial Intelligence for Europe, outlining a series of measures geared towards boosting the EU’s competitiveness in this field.
Meanwhile closer to home, the Chinese Government has issued a series of strategic policies aiming to transform the country into a global AI hub. On 31 October 2018, Xi Jinping, underlined again AI’s key role in driving a new round of technological and industrial revolutions, and called for China to boost the healthy development of next-generation AI.
At the end of this important year, the European Chamber is pleased to invite you to join experts and industry representatives in the AI field, to jointly explore how AI is boosting the digital transformation of traditional industries.

Events have very limited seating so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance.
Events are held in English and follow the Chatham House rule unless otherwise stated.
All published speakers and content is confirmed at the time of publication. We reserve the right to make changes to the agenda as required.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email ldu@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
