Company culture is best defined as “the way things get done around here,” and it’s influenced by both deliberate choices and unintended consequences. Over time, a company’s culture can evolve into enviable greatness which can help you attract amazing new talent. Or it can dissolve into pockets of dysfunction.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to this half-day LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training, participants will be taken through a series of builds where they will be encouraged to challenge what (they think) they know about corporate culture.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative, experiential problem-solving process that will enhance your business performance. Each participant builds his or her own 3D LEGO® model in response to the facilitator´s questions using specially selected LEGO® elements. These 3D models serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making. You will expand the boundaries of your comfort zone by engaging in an interactive experience that will lead you to explore and learn.
The facilitator, Rosanna Terminio, will take you through a four-phase methodology, in a state of flow through a series of structured steps to think, build, and tell a story that reflects and refines and helps you develop a deeper understanding of the process to build a corporate culture that thrives.
