The uncertainty, changes, and the outpouring of news that COVID-19 brings to the whole world can inevitably also cause employees and employers to feel unsettled, fear, anxious, or stressed.
This webinar will emphasize on the need to prioritize mental health during this epidemic. Learning from mental health experts as they have first-hand experience navigating these trying times in China, giving best-practice advice, and sharing resources.
With this in mind, our speakers are set out to discuss how individuals can take care of their own mental health and how employers can provide employees mental health support. This is especially crucial in times of self-isolation or prolonged time working from home, since it can affect health and wellbeing and require a different approach from employers.
The European Chamber welcomes Dr Felice SOO, Clinical Psychologist at Jiahui Health, Ms Julia Huang, Psychotherapist at Shanghai United Family Hospital and Mr Denis Trottier, KPMG's Mental Health Officer, to share their guidance and expertise on the above-mentioned. The Webinar will take place on Friday 10th April 2020 at 4pm (GMT+8) via Zoom.
