GAMECO, Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company Limited, established in October 1989 at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, is a joint venture between China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. (CSN) (50%) and Hutchison Whampoa (China) Ltd. (HWCL) （50%）from Hong Kong, that specializes in aircraft and airborne component maintenance, repair and overhaul.

We encourage visitors to go to the location of the factory by themselves. Please send an email to gz.ga@europeanchamber.com.cn for inquiry of carpooling and we will try to be of help.

15:00-16:00, Hangar tour 参观飞机修理库
16:00-16:30, Q&A and networking 问答及自由交流
16:30 onward, Transfer back to downtown 返回市区

Notice

As GAMECO is located at the Airport Control Area, each of the visitor needs a one-time entry badge issued by Airport Public Security Office.
Please kindly collect and send the following required documents for badge application to us on or before 27th Aug. to facilitate the visit:
1. A headshot photo in white background (selfie against a white wall is fine as well)
2. Passport copy (the page with photo)
3. A screenshot of the Itinerary Code within the past five days (details please see the attached instruction)

Besides, your attention to the following areas is much appreciated:
1. Every visitor will be asked to show the Itinerary Code updated on the visit date at GAMECO Receptionist Booth when fetching the entry badge. Therefore, it will be better for the visitors to update the Itinerary Codes on the morning of 4th Sept. at their convenience.
2. Please bring your People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card or passport with you in exchange for the badges. The ID card or passport will be returned to you after the visit.
3. If parking space is needed, please send the car plate number to gz.ga@europeanchamber.com.cn at least two days before the visit.
4. No lighter or sanitation product with alcohol is allowed to bring in.

访客注意事项

由于GAMECO位于机场管制区，因此每个访客都需凭机场公安局颁发的一次性入境证进入,请访客于8月27日或之前提供以下必需的证件申请文件，以方便参观：

1.白底头像照片（白底自拍同样适用）

2.护照复印件（照片页）

3.过去五天内行程码的屏幕截图（详细信息请参阅随附的说明）

另附参观注意事项：

1.参观日访客需出示参观日当日最新行程码以领取入场证件，请访客在参观当日入场前提前更新行程码以便快速入场。

2.参观日请访客务必携带中国公民身份证原件或护照。访客需凭护照或身份证换取入场证件，护照或身份证将在参观后归还。

3.如果有停车位需求，请访客至少提前于参观日两天告知, 并将车牌号发送至邮箱gz.ga@europeanchamber.com.cn。

4.禁止携带打火机、或含酒精卫生用品。

How To Arrive at GAMECO

1) By subway

Please get off at Airport North Station then find Airport Shuttle Bus No. 1 between Gate 45 and Gate 46 of Terminal T2. Take the shuttle bus and get off at GAMECO Company Station. Please find our staff, who will be holding the logo of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.

2) By car or taxi

Please follow the navigation and drive to the GAMECO No. 8 junction of Hengshi Road, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Please find our staff, who will be holding the logo of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Our staff will add you via WeChat in advance and send you the exact location information.

3) For self-driving vehicles, please report the license plate number in advance.

如何到达GAMECO

1)如果是乘坐地铁出行。

请到机场北站下车，到T2航站楼45号至46号门之间找到空港一号穿梭巴士，乘坐穿梭巴士并到GAMECO公司站下车。找到举着中国欧盟商会Logo的工作人员。

2)如果是自驾或者坐出租车出行。

请直接根据导航驾驶到广州白云机场横十路GAMECO 八号道口，找到举着中国欧盟商会Logo的工作人员。商会工作人员会提前加您微信并给您发送位置信息。

3)自驾车辆请提前报备车牌号。

Please note that preference shall be given to EUCCC members due to limited attendance. The final list of visitors needs to be determined after discussion between EUCCC and GAMECO, please kindly wait for our email notification after registering on the website. Successful registration is subject to the confirmation message sent by gz.ga@europeanchamber.com.cn.  We encourage early online registration to ensure your attendance.
