The year of 2020 marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of EU-China diplomatic relations, and to commemorate this significant milestone, with the support of TEDA Administrative Commission, the European Chamber of Commerce is delighted to invite you to join the celebration in TEDA, Tianjin.
China and the European Union have grown and developed tremendously together over these past 45 years to create the strong and robust relationship that exists today. During these uncertain times， it is more important than ever for China and the European Union to work together, to continue to seek innovative solutions and to strive for increased cooperation. Even with the difficulties faced this year, the EU and China have made ambitious commitments to their shared interests of alleviating the dramatic economic consequences this crisis has had globally. Therefore, this event is a celebration of this important partnership as well as an opportunity for China and the EU to build a stronger collaborative relationship that will last for years to come.
Ms.Mei Zhihong, Deputy Director General from TEDA Administrative Commission will deliver the opening speech, Mr. Joerg Wuttke, President of the European Chamber will give a speech on the latest China-EU relations. All the guest speakers will be networking with representatives from the EU and Chinese business. Besides, the celebration will be combined with the launch of the European Chamber flagship publication, the Position Paper 2020/2021 which is comprised of the views from more than 30 industry-specific working groups.
2020年是中欧建交45周年和中国欧盟商会成立20周年，中国欧盟商会天津分会诚挚邀请您参加2020年10月16日在泰达举办的中欧商界社交酒会。本次庆祝活动全程包括：中国欧盟商会《2020/2021欧盟企业在中国建议书》内容介绍，中国欧盟商会主席对于近期中欧关系解读，中欧商界人士社交酒会。
本次活动得到了天津经济技术开发区管委会的大力支持。天津经济技术开发区管理委员会副主任梅志红女士将携企业服务相关部门负责人出席本次活动并致辞。
《欧盟企业在中国建议书2020/2021》（下文简称“《建议书》”）是中国欧盟商会每年最重要的年度出版物。《建议书》向中国政府提出了800余项有关改善营商环境的详细建议。建议不仅包括来自在华欧洲企业所涉及的34个不同行业的内容，也涵盖了跨行业的普遍性问题。
A tour to The Tianjin Juilliard School will be conducted before the meeting from 13:00 to 14:00. A shuttle bus from Tianjin downtown will be provided for free. The Tianjin Juilliard School is developing the school in partnership with The Tianjin Conservatory of Music, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area Administrative Commission, and the Tianjin Innovative Finance Investment Company . The 350,000 square-foot building is designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro, the same firm responsible for the 2009 expansion of Juilliard’s iconic New York home. The Tianjin Juilliard School will be a center for performance, practice, research, and interactive exhibitions, with communal spaces that are designed to welcome the public into the creative process and performance of music. 20 seats only, conducted on the basis of first come first serve.
活动当天下午13点至14点，欧盟商会将组织天津茱莉亚学院参观。参观大巴车将由天津市区出去前往，并在参观结束后通往会议现场。天津茱莉亚学院同天津音乐学院、天津经济技术开发区管委会及天津新金融投资有限公司合作，共同推动创建及发展。学院校舍占地总面积45,000平方米，由负责茱莉亚学院纽约校区2009年扩建设计项目的Diller Scofidio + Renfro建筑设计事务所担纲设计。天津茱莉亚学院将成为集合教育、研究及演出功能的艺术中心，并向公众提供极具创意的交互性展览展示体验，并以精心设计的公共空间欢迎大众亲身参与和感受音乐创作与表演的无穷魅力。参观共计20个名额，先到先得。

Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
