Nowadays, the external environment of organizations is becoming more and more complex, and the changes from politics, economy, society, technology and natural environment emerge dynamically, which are also hard to predict. However, the pursuit of performance of players in the industry will not change, which makes leaders confront great pressures and challenges. They always want to have employees who are more proactive and passionate, and teams which are more flexible and powerful to cope with these pressures and challenges.

This program is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting. It aims to help participants learn and practice in vital team areas, bridge the gap between knowing and acting to achieve long term organizational development under VUCA environment through building vital team.

Systematic: We regard the team as a life system in the course and reveal the team from the dimensions of meaning, emotion, wisdom and action. Therefore, participants can build a vital team from a systematic perspective for better adapting to the VUCA environment.

Experiential: The training not only shares relevant theoretical models, but also pays more attention to practice and experience. Through case study, situation simulation and exercise, the participants are immersed in specific situation of team. They may practice in the training and improve through feedback from multiple perspectives, so that learning can be absorbed very well.
体验性:课程中不仅分享了相关理论模型,而且更注重实践和体验,通过案例讨论、情境模拟和演练使得学员沉浸在团队具体场景中,练习实践并获得多维视角的反馈,从而使得学习可以内化。
Practical: At the end of each module, there is a session for improving the vitality of the real team. The learning outcomes could be immediately put into practice to find solution for the improvement of the team through sensing the gap of team vitality with the theory and practice in the training.
