Today, it’s more important than ever to get base pay right. Rapid technology advancements are transforming the jobs landscape, and the competition is tough when it comes to hiring, and keeping, the employees you need for those jobs. These workers are showing an increased focus on pay equity, so offering a greater level of transparency on compensation is essential. The good news? Getting pay right doesn’t need to be challenging. Join us as Mercer's Amy Su will be discussing their annual salary survey as it pertains to economic outlook, total rewards trends, and global mobility.
