课程背景|Training background
Purchasing cost analysis, and cost management are most important tasks of purchasing people. How to achieve transparent purchasing cost? How to get reasonable price to achieve a win-win situation with the suppliers, without directly bargaining and damaging the relationship with suppliers? Through this course, we will address these problems. This course, which is designed for purchasing engineers, supervisors, managers etc.will help trainees systematically understand the purchasing cost analysis and the use of relevant tools, so as to realize transparent purchasing cost and achieve the target of purchasing cost reduction. Combined with case studies and practices, trainees will not only learn the theories, but also know how to apply the tools to tackle the real problems they have met or will do.
