We would love to hear your feedback, and it just takes a minute.
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as well as geopolitical challenges, have caused unprecedented disruption around the globe, leaving impact on every facet of a business - especially the realm of human resources. According to the Flash Survey – “Covid-19 and the War in Ukraine: The Impact on European Business in China” released by the European Chamber on 5th May, just over a quarter of firms (among all respondents) reported a reduction in headcount, especially with those in the education (80%), legal (46%), retail (43%), and cosmetics (40%) industries are most acutely affected.
Post-pandemic human capital management requires more agility in adapting to changes, as well as finding effective ways to optimise team performance and productivity. HR professionals are not only tasked with attracting and retaining talent, but also with providing great employee experiences, creating a more productive workforce, building a united team, improving the management model and more.
Convening annually for eighteen years, the European Chamber’s HR Conference continues to be the place to learn from extraordinary experience, and a magnifying glass to the latest challenges and solutions in human resources management. Join us on 27th October to learn to navigate challenges in turbulent times.
