刘南星, 现任国家发展和改革委员会培训中心（宣传中心）/引进国外智力领导小组办公室国际合作处国际合作专员。巴黎政治学院访问学者，先后在商务部、国家发展改革委工作。长期从事国际合作以及国外智力引进工作。参与过多项国家开发银行、国家外国专家局的教材、课题的开发和研究工作，在中国一带一路网（国家“一带一路”官网）、国家发改委《中国战略新兴产业》杂志、新华社《瞭望》周刊等各类期刊发表多篇“一带一路”及第三方市场合作研究成果

汤拯, 毕业于北京⼤学硕⼠学位。⽬前为北京帕特纳斯管理咨询公司总经理，兼任意⼤利投资发展署（Invitalia）驻华⾸席代表、中国国际商会理事。曾任职于国家部委⼗余年，历任中国驻德国法兰克福总领事馆副领事、 礼宾，商务部投资促进局德国中⼼副主任、中新社欧洲中⼼主任等职务。
