The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to attend the hybrid workshop on Building Adaptive Leadership on 15th June from 14:00-16:00.
Adaptive leadership was first introduced to the world at Harvard University by Dr. Ronald Heifetz and Marty Linksy. Both recognised that the top-down or hierarchical leadership style was outdated and impractical, with no single person able to fix every problem effectively.
As leaders, how do we work with teams who are faced with the reality of day-to-day pressures and conflicting interests from key stakeholders? This workshop will explore from a leader’s perspective – building team resiliency. The trainers will bring case studies to help explore the topic and introduce some of the key foundational work that can be done with teams when building back team confidence and performance.
Join us for an interactive discussion and sharing of best practices to add to your leadership tool kit.
