As the sun warms the sky and the fruits bloom in a riot of colors, the European Chamber Nanjing cordially invites you to participate in the Autumn Cycling & After Summer Gathering event on 7th September on Jiangxin Island, where we'll combine the thrill of cycling with the joy of community networking.
Cycle Through the Scenic Jiangxin Island
Jiangxin Island, known for its serene beauty and lush greenery, is the perfect backdrop for a cycling event. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the island's scenic trails, taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding waters and natural landscapes. This cycling route is suitable for all fitness levels, offering a challenging yet enjoyable ride. We prepare lots of in-kind prizes for the winners!
After Summer Gathering
After a refreshing cycle, we'll gather for a lunch networking session. This is your chance to mingle with fellow cyclists, make new friends, and expand your professional network. We'll share stories, swap cycling tips, and discuss a range of topics that interest us.

Join us on 7th September for a day of cycling and networking on Jiangxin Island. This will be a day to remember, filled with fun, fitness, and new connections. We look forward to seeing you there!
报名注意 Notes：
1.请以公司为单位报名，每家单位最少4名比赛人员参加联谊赛，骑行距离为环岛路程，大约22KM，无领队，队员需码表导入路书或使用行者APP查看路书（路书将在骑行前一周发给领队）。费用为每4人2000元（会员）；4000元（非会员），均包含午餐。请自带能量和水分补充。 Please apply to the 22km cycling as the company basis. At least 4 race personnel from each company participate in the race. The cycling route is around the Jiangxin Island, about 22km. No Route leader provided, please download the route to your GPS device or use "行者 APP" to guide and monitor your route. 2. 欢迎公司组织人员或家庭参加观光骑行或徒步（人数不限），观光骑行可以租用付费自行车或自行扫码共享单车，不提供领队。费用为每人350元（会员）；700元（非会员），均包含午餐。请自带能量和水分补充。结束后，每位小朋友将获得由中国欧盟商会签发的“绿色低碳”社会实践证书一张。
Also welcome personnel or families to participate in sightseeing riding or hiking (the number of people is not limited), sightseeing riding can rent a paid bicycle or scan the code of the shared bicycle。 No route leader provided. The fee is 350 RMB per person (member); 700 yuan (non-member), lunch included. Bring your own energy food and water. At the end of the session, each child will receive a "Green and low-carbon" social practice certificate issued by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.

3. 仅参加夏日社交环节费用为每人200元（会员），400元（非会员）。（请提前报人数给商会工作人员）。
Only participating in the summer social session costs 200 yuan per person (members), 400 yuan (non-members). (Please report the number to the Chamber staff in advance).
4. 所有报名人员请自行购买保险，活动当天发生的一切事故，主办方不承担任何责任。
All applicants should purchase insurance by themselves. The organizer will not take any responsibility for any accidents that occur on the day of the event.
5. 建议自带合适的自行车参赛, 建议公路车。
It is recommended to bring a suitable bicycle to participate in the race.
6. 如您携带未成年人参与活动，请监护好您的孩子，主办方不承担任何责任事故。
If you bring minors to participate in the activity, please take good care of your child, the organizer will not assume any responsibility for the accident.
7. 联谊赛并非正式竞速比赛，最终我们将根据最快到达终点者及最早到达终点的团体，列出个人及团体冠亚季军，并颁发奖杯或奖牌。团体赛成绩以最后一名到达终点的队员先后次序排名。
The 14km Cycling competition is not an official race. In the end, we will list the individual and team winners and award trophies or Medals according to the fastest and the earliest group to reach the finish line. Team results are ranked in the order of the last team member to reach the finish line.
8. 未尽事宜，主办方拥有最终解释权。
The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation for matters not mentioned.
