Europe Day celebrates peace and unity in Europe. Held on 9th May every year, it marks the anniversary of the historic 'Schuman declaration'. The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, together with the Consul General of the Kingdom of Belgium in Shanghai, have the pleasure of inviting you to a Europe Day Celebration at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Belgium in Shanghai, to celebrate this meaningful day alongside European Chamber members, representatives of EU Member States Consulates General and friends.

Registration Deadline: 30th April. We encourage you to secure your registration for the event, as no walk-in will be accepted.
Please note that by registering for this event, you are consenting to share your name, company name, department, and position with our co-host for the purpose of this event only.
The dress code is Business Formal. We recommend refraining from wearing high heels as the event will be held on a lawn.
For entrance, you must present your Identity Card or Passport to the security personnel at the gate. Please ensure that you carry your Identity Card or Passport with you for admission. Kindly note, there is no parking facility at the venue and vehicles are not permitted to linger in front of the gate.
We kindly advise that you take care of your belongings while on the venue, and we do not recommend bringing valuable items.

Events have limited seating so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance.
Events are held in English and follow the Chatham House rule unless otherwise stated.
Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email sh.marketing@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
