Event Content: The European Chamber Shenyang Chapter and the BVMW GC will jointly host the "Improvisational Leadership and Team Collaboration Enhancement" Workshop on August 30, 2024. We are honored to have Mr. An Yang, an internationally certified trainer from the CIMPT British Management Union, to lead the workshop. The theme will be "Leadership and Communication," and participants will engage in role-playing through "scripted scenarios" to experience and tackle various work-related challenges.
活动内容: 中国欧盟商会沈阳分会馆和德国联邦中小企业联合会德国中心将于2024年8月30日联合举办一场“即兴领导力与团队协作提升”分享会。活动特别邀请CIMPT英国管理工会国际认证培训师安洋先生担任讲师，围绕“领导力与沟通”主题，通过“剧本杀”形式引导参与者进入预设场景，体验和应对各种工作中的挑战。
Event Highlights:
- Scenario Recreation and Role-Playing: Participants will engage in role-playing and scenario recreation to deeply experience real work situations and enhance problem-solving abilities.
- Guided Reflection and Dialogue: Through guided reflection and dialogue, team members will review and summarize to discover behavioral habits, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strengthen effective communication across organizations and teams, breaking down departmental barriers and improving overall collaboration efficiency.
