· From an Individual Contributor to a Manager – What are the role and responsibilities of a manager?
· The New Manager’s 101 – When do you really become a manager? Setting SMART objective as the first step of entering your path to maturity. Aligning your team’s objective(s) with the company’s objective(s).
· Understand Your Team Members’ Strength – Identify your team member’s strength(s) as the basis for distrusting tasks and responsibilities.
· Ensure Responsibility and Accountability in the Team – Using RACI matrix to create clarity in case the team “drop the ball”.
· Give Concrete Instruction and Motivate the Team Member(s) for Action – “I’ve told him/her so many times and the result is still not desirable…” Using an exercise to learn how to give clear instruction and getting the desired result. As a manager, how to create the 4 essential conditions for employee(s) for taking meaningful action.
