Research has shown that women can face specific challenges in building and maintaining a strong professional reputation. Stereotypes, social biases and the evolving nature of workplace dynamics often place additional pressure on female leaders to demonstrate competence, confidence and credibility.

The European Chamber is pleased to invite Ulan Tuya to give a workshop on reputation management for female leaders in Shanghai. This workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of reputation management strategies tailored specifically for female leaders. It aims to empower the audience to cultivate a reputation that not only reflects their capabilities but also paves the way for future female leaders within the organisation and beyond.
